Pre-Kindergarten (students must be 4 on or before September 1, 2014)...Registration for 2014-2015 Pre-K will take place at Deerwood on August 7, 2014 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. ______________________________________________________________________________________
  Please note

Your child’s health and well-being is important to us.

If your child has any medical issues you did not include on the annual update at the start of school, please contact the school nurse at 281.641.2205.

Please also take a moment to update your contact information by logging in to Home Access Center (HAC) at https://eshac.humble.k12.tx.us/homeaccess/  and clicking the “Registration” button. You may change contact phone numbers by clicking “Edit Information," but home addresses must be verified. If an address change is needed, take proof of residence to your campus registrar. For questions, call 281.641.2200.

Friends of the Library
As we began and continue our non-fiction studies, we would like to ask your help in updating the non-fiction section of our library. The average age of our non-fiction books is twenty-three to twenty-six years old. Donations to Deerwood Elementary for Friends of the Library will not only help provide resources for class studies but excitement for non-fiction reading far into the future.  Please contact Valerie Ross or Wendy McAlister with any questions about this project. Thank you for your support.

  • Coke Rewards
Send in your Coke Rewards Points to the DWE library!  You can place them in the red Coke Rewards container at the circulation desk.  These points allow us to purchase items for students to use in the library and during after school book clubs.  Thank you for your support of the library.

  • Boxtops for Education
Send in BOXTOPS FOR EDUCATION!  Please put them in a bag or an envelope and drop them in the special BOX TOPS container outside the cafeteria.  We turn them in for cash to replace old equipment and buy new items to keep our program motivating and safe for students.  Last year we raised over $900.  Thank you very much!
